Job Description :Work from office 5 days (11 or 12pm-8pm flexible )Bangalore/Pune/NoidaNeed Immediate15 Days JoinersRoles & Responsibilities :- You will act as Point of contact between customer and Aujas.- you will be responsible for Customer interactions, solutions delivery ,client management , delivery management ,People management , team leading activities .- Overall you will managing consultant/Sr consultant developers within this project. Reporting to Project manager /VP/SVP's.- You will be leading & providing Ping identity related solutions to the client , resolving conflicts ,- You will be to Involved in Development, Designing ,Testing and Troubleshooting Applications onboarding and access issues.- Providing engineering support for client's application teams using PING- SSO service development, onboarding, service integration, by implementation of new and enhanced features- Engineering expertise in PING products and technologies PingFederate, Ping Access, Ping Directory, PingOne etc.- Attend all required meetings with application teams.- Troubleshoot and resolve access issues reported by end users and service providers.- Connecting application teams and gathering required information for new onboardings apps- Should work on lower and production environments.- Design, Test and Troubleshoot Applications onboarding and access issues (ref:hirist.tech)
