With a strong focus on technology and exceptional customer service, Talpro is dedicated to helping organizations optimize their workforce and achieve their business objectives.Role And Responsibilities : We are currently seeking an experienced resource to handle the Portivity GRC application and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading discussions and coordinating with customers, both on technical and operational aspects. They will also be in charge of ensuring quality standards are met and conducting quality control checks on work packs. Additionally, the candidate will work closely with technical teams to complete project solutions, including application design, customization, development, testing, and production support. They will also provide technical guidance and assistance to junior team members.Candidate Qualifications :To be considered for this role, applicants must have:.- An engineering graduate or a graduation in Computer Application, or any relevant postgraduate degree.- Multiple end-to-end project implementation experience on MES-MOM/Industry 4.0/Manufacturing Digital Transformation. Required Skills : The ideal candidate should have the following skills :- Proficiency in Portiviti GRC.- Good understanding of MES system.- Strong software programming fundamentals.- Experience in .Net and SQL programming.- Expertise in Windows Server and databases (Oracle, SQL Server).- Good problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and team playing skills.- Experience in troubleshooting.- Dynamic, flexible, and eager to learn.- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.- Experience in ITIL framework and support project experience.- Experience in production support with the ability to manage critical situations.- Ability to identify improvement areas and automation opportunities in MES.- Willingness to work in 24x7 shifts.
