Job Title : Data Migration Developer Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :Primary Skills :- Proficient in designing and executing complex SQL queries, data cleansing techniques, data quality improvement, and planning migration activities.- Designing and developing and maintaining custom solutions using multiple programming tools including SQL, Excel, VBA, PowerShell.- Participate in requirement gathering sessions, planning tasks and estimated delivery dates (project planning), and escalation management.- Exposed to any of ERP systems such as Oracle, Workday, and SAP.Additional Skills :- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and business objectives (As-Is and To-Be).- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to support business decision-making.- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures.- Document data analysis methodologies, processes, and outcomes for reference and knowledge sharing.- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers and Business Analysts, to address data-related challenges and support data-driven initiatives.Preferred Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.- 8+ years of relevant experience in data migration.- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
