Requisition ID: 72712 Key Responsibilities Support and enhance Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud Support Salesforce configuration and custom code changes Assist business partners with creating requirements, identifying gaps, and formulating business requirements into technical solutions. Create Technical Specifications based on business requirements and work with development team to deliver solutions. Maintain a holistic view of all business system processes and users, to understand functional impacts regarding configuration, process, workflow, and reporting. Support the integration of the next gen systems with the existing Business Application ecosystem (SAP, Custom .NET applications, SQL server data warehouse etc.). Validate software quality and conformance to specifications and business requirements through unit-functional testing; and Identify the root cause of defects. Requirements BS in Computer Science or related field is required. Minimum 5 years of experience in implementation and support of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud. Minimum 5 years of experience in creating Salesforce Flows, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Jobs and Lightning Components. Experience in Salesforce integration using OAUTH and Middleware. Experience in implementing CRM solutions for a Hi-tech company is preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience working with SQL queries/procedures is preferred.
