Description:
We are seeking a data-driven and analytical Product Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in optimizing our product experience and driving user growth. The ideal candidate will be a numbers whiz with a passion for user research, experimentation, and leveraging data to inform impactful product decisions.Responsibilities : - Collaborate with the product team to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for various product features and the overall user journey.- Track, measure, and analyze key metrics to understand user behavior and product performance.- Utilize data analysis to measure the impact of new features and suggest data-driven recommendations for improvement.- Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to optimize the user experience across the entire user journey (acquisition to retention).- Identify and implement the most relevant metrics for multiple ongoing projects, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting of product-level KPIs.- Possess a strong understanding of various data analysis frameworks and utilize them to extract valuable insights for product strategy.Requirements :- A data-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail and a strong analytical mind.- Solid understanding of different experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing, etc.).- Proficiency in SQL/MongoDB and MS Excel for data manipulation and analysis.- Familiarity with popular analytics frameworks (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) for data exploration and visualization.- In-depth knowledge of different metric types (leading, lagging, correlated, causal) and their application in product analysis.- Ability to take initiative, manage multiple projects effectively, and independently drive data-driven decision making.- Strong conceptual understanding of product analytics principles and best practices.
