Job Description :You will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user experiences (UX) and visually stunning interfaces (UI) that elevate our products and delight our customers. You'll be a champion of user-centered design (UCD), translating complex problems into intuitive and user-friendly solutions.Responsibilities :UX Design :- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.- Translate research findings into user personas, journey maps, and sitemaps.- Develop and iterate on user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to explore and refine design solutions.- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the user experience is seamless and aligns with product goals.- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user data to measure the effectiveness of design decisions.- Stay up-to-date on the latest UX trends and best practices.Visual Design :- Design clean, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces that are consistent with our brand identity and design system.- Collaborate with UI engineers to ensure designs are feasible for development.- Develop and maintain our design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.- Possess a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of visual design principles (color, typography, layout, etc.).Collaboration and Communication :- Proactively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, engineering, marketing) to ensure a holistic view of the product.- Effectively present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.- Be open to feedback and iterate on designs based on team input.Requirements :- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in product design and UX.- Proven experience designing and working within design systems.- A solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles.- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, user testing, etc.).- Proficiency in prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, InVision, Adobe XD).- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of design principles.- Experience with UI design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop).- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.- A passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing products.
