The ideal candidate will oversee the development and implementation of innovative products, ensuring they align with our strategic vision and market needs. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, leadership, and communication skills to effectively manage product lifecycles and collaborate with diverse teams.Preference Industry : Someone who has worked on hardware/ IoT devices Key Responsibilities:1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Work with the leadership to define and drive product strategy, developing roadmaps that align with company objectives and market trends.2. Program Management: Oversee multiple product development programs, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.3. Stakeholder Management: Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including development teams, marketing, sales, and customers, to gather feedback and ensure product alignment with user needs.4. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform product features, positioning, and competitive differentiation.5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development and launch strategies.6. Agile & Lean Methodologies: Implement agile and lean methodologies in product development processes, promoting continuous improvement and rapid iteration.7. Performance Metrics & Analysis: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for products, using data to drive decision-making and product improvements.- APM/PM 2Qualifications:- Pet parent/ sibling- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the technology or pet wellness industry.- Strong background in program management and stakeholder engagement.- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.- Familiarity with agile development processes and lean methodologies.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills:- Experience with IoT technologies and data-driven products.- Have run/ managed or participated in 5-day sprint cycles - +++- Prior experience in B2C hardware product development 1 to 10/100 : ++++- Understanding of consumer electronics and software development cycles (ref:hirist.tech)
