Job Description :Responsibilities :Product Development :- Collaborate with engineers, designers, UX/UI specialists, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.- Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on market needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.- Lead the development process from concept to launch, ensuring all milestones are met and deliverables are aligned with the product vision.Market Research & Strategy :- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for product differentiation.- Analyze competitor offerings and develop competitive intelligence reports.- Leverage market research insights to define product strategy, set clear product goals, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for success.Product Lifecycle Management :- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including product planning, development, launch, go-to-market strategy, and ongoing optimization.- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the product development process.- Develop and implement product launch plans to ensure a smooth and successful market entry.Cross-Functional Collaboration :- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, and operations, to ensure product success and alignment with company objectives.- Foster strong communication and collaboration across teams to ensure everyone is working towards the same goal.Quality Assurance :- Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure products meet high standards and deliver exceptional user experiences.- Work with engineering teams to identify and address bugs and defects.Customer Focus :- Develop and implement strategies to gather and analyze customer feedback.- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights to drive product improvements and enhancements.Reporting & Analytics :- Prepare regular reports on product performance, analyzing key metrics such as user adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.- Identify trends and utilize data to make data-driven recommendations for product optimization and future roadmaps.Technical Skills :- Proven experience in software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC)- Proficiency in technical concepts relevant to the domain (e.g. Cloud computing, Machine Learning, APIs)- Experience working with data analysis tools and techniques- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) (ref:hirist.tech)
