Responsibilities: Identify and Target Prospects: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market segments for our software products. Utilize various channels, including online platforms, industry events, and professional networks, to build a robust prospect list. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to penetrate target markets. Generate leads, make cold calls, and schedule meetings with key decision-makers to promote our software products and convert prospects into customers. Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong and lasting relationships with potential and existing customers. Act as a trusted advisor by understanding their business needs and demonstrating how our software products can address their challenges and deliver value. Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, functionalities, and benefits of our software products. Effectively communicate compl ex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. Negotiation and Closing: Lead the negotiation process, including pricing, terms, and contract agreements, to secure sales. Collaborate with the sales team, legal, and finance departments to ensure smooth closure of deals. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information. Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to the sales management team. Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our software products in the market. Continuously update product knowledge to engage in consultative selling and address customer queries and objections. Qualifications: Proven track record in software product sales or business development, with a focus on B2B sales. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with people at various organizational levels. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets. Ability to understand customer needs and position software products as solutions. Previous experience in the sports or gaming sector is highly preferred. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
