Job Description :We are looking for an experienced Project Lead with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support, with a strong understanding of payroll, absence management, security components, and data loading/conversion processes. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for understanding client business requirements, configuring solutions, conducting workshops, and leading Oracle HCM Cloud projects from inception to completion.Responsibilities :1. Client Requirement Analysis :- Understand client business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.- Conduct workshops with clients to gather requirements, analyze processes, and identify system configuration needs.2. Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation:- Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects, including payroll and absence management modules.- Configure payroll definitions, elements, absence plans, types, reasons, and categories according to client specifications.3. Payroll Process Management :- Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate payroll calculations and disbursements.- Create and maintain payroll definitions, elements, fast formulas, and flex fields as per business requirements.4. Absence Management :- Implement and support absence management functionalities in Oracle HCM Cloud.- Configure eligibility profiles, absence plans, types, reasons, and categories to manage employee absences effectively.5. HCM Security : - Configure and manage HCM security components to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.- Define roles, permissions, and access controls based on organizational hierarchy and business needs.6. Data Loading and Conversion :- Lead data loading and conversion activities using tools like HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader).- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness during migration and integration processes.Technical Skills Required :- 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support.- Proficiency in configuring payroll definitions, elements, fast formulas, and flex fields.- Experience with absence management implementation, including eligibility profiles, absence plans, types, reasons, and categories.- Strong understanding of HCM security components and role-based access controls.- Hands-on experience in data loading and conversion using HDL and HSDL.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) preferred.- Proven track record of leading Oracle HCM Cloud projects from inception to completion.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholder (ref:hirist.tech)
