Qualification :- Total Experience : 11+ years- Min Experience in Pega : 8+ years- Mandatory certification : Pega CLSA- Mandatory Skills : Pega Application Design Best practices and Code Quality- Recommended Skills : Pega Customer Service FrameworkJob Descriptions- At least 2 to 3 end to end project lifecycles as Pega Lead System Architect.- Must have experience in designing application from Scratch, designing situational layer cake & Enterprise class structure and Mapping of Organization structure, Data Modeling best practices- Must have experience on Pega API, Integration And JavaScript API, Listeners, Email Channel- Must have knowledge of Object oriented development concepts, SSO, Authentication, RBAC, ABAC, CBAC- Strong leadership and communication skills for requirement gathering, design thinking sessions and derive DCO sessions- Lead development team technically and ensure implementation of Pega best practice.- Responsible for design, implementation and delivery of user stories as per Pega best practices. Perform code reviews and ensure all compliances with application quality (ref:hirist.tech)
