Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with 5 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and enhance our software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Python programming, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities :- Develop and Maintain Software Solutions : Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and efficient software applications using Python.- Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality products.- Code Review and Optimization : Conduct code reviews, identify potential issues, and optimize code for performance and scalability.- Technical Documentation : Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to support ongoing development and deployment processes.- Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.- Stay Updated : Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to your work.- Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.Qualifications :Experience : 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Technical Skills :- Proficiency in Python and its libraries/frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular is a plus.- Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.- Experience with version control systems like Git.- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and services.- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.Soft Skills :- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.- Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve existing skills.
