Description:
Responsibilities :- Lead a team of Python developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using the Python programming language.- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, including mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.- Architect scalable and maintainable Python-based applications, ensuring adherence to best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.- Develop robust APIs, web services, and backend systems using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models to support application functionality and performance.- Implement automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines to ensure code quality, reliability, and deployment efficiency.- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in Python development and software engineering, and share knowledge with the team.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in production systems, and implement preventive measures to improve system reliability and stability.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.- Proven experience as a Python developer, with at least 7 years of experience in Python-based web development and application architecture.- Strong proficiency in the Python programming language, including knowledge of core language features, libraries, and frameworks.- Experience leading or managing a team of developers, with demonstrated ability to drive projects from concept to completion.- Hands-on experience with Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI, and proficiency in building RESTful APIs and web services.- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, ORM frameworks, and database optimization techniques.- Familiarity with modern software development practices, including Agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and CI/CD pipelines.- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Preferred :- Certification in Python programming or related technologies.- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.- Knowledge of frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
