Description:
Role & Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain Backend and Frontend components using Python, React JS, Mongo DB, and other relevant technologies.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and architects, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and services that seamlessly integrate with other components and external systems.- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operations.- Identify and resolve technical issues, troubleshoot, and debug production incidents in a timely manner.- Build scalable, high-performance backend systems capable of handling large volumes of data and traffic.- Optimize existing systems for improved efficiency, performance, and reliability.- Implement best practices for code quality, maintainability, and scalability.- Stay current with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers to foster their professional growth.Ideal Candidate :- Relevant experience with strong experience in Back-End Web and Front-End Development.- Experience in developing scalable web applications and RESTful APIs.- Strong knowledge of databases, data modeling, and data management.- Strong expertise in Python, React JS or similar skills with an in-depth understanding of their ecosystems and best practices.- Experience designing and developing scalable, high-traffic backend systems.- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.- Proficiency in working with databases like PostgreSQL, or Mongo DB.- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker) and container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes).- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, Azure) and serverless computing.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) (ref:hirist.tech)
