The Role We are seeking a highly skilled QA Architect with extensive experience in SaaS product environments. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Mobile QA, Cloud technologies (specifically AWS), Performance Testing, Security Testing, and Automation (both mobile and web). The role requires a minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in SaaS product companies, demonstrating expertise in designing, implementing, and executing robust quality assurance strategies. How You Will Make an Impact: Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies for SaaS products, ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout the development lifecycle. Architect and design test frameworks, methodologies, and processes that cover Mobile QA, Cloud (AWS), Performance Testing, Security Testing, and Automation for mobile and web applications. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and operations to define quality standards, best practices, and testing requirements. Lead and mentor QA teams to drive efficiency, consistency, and innovation in testing approaches. Conduct Performance Testing and benchmarking activities to identify bottlenecks, optimize system performance, and ensure scalability. Execute security testing protocols to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and implement measures to fortify product security. Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test suites for both mobile and web applications to ensure continuous testing coverage. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to QA, recommending and implementing improvements to existing processes. What You Bring to the Team: To be successful in this role, we believe that you need to possess the following attributes. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in quality assurance roles within SaaS or product companies. Expertise in Mobile QA with a focus on Offline First experience, Cloud technologies (especially AWS), Performance Testing, Security Testing, and Automation. Proven track record of architecting and implementing QA strategies for complex, scalable software products. Proficiency in various testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, JMeter, etc. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Leadership abilities with experience in mentoring and guiding QA teams.
