About the Role : We are seeking a skilled and experienced QlikSense Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in developing and maintaining data visualizations and dashboards for our ServiceNow ITSM implementation. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong understanding of QlikSense, experience with ServiceNow data integration, and a passion for creating insightful data visualizations for IT service management.Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement QlikSense applications to analyze and visualize ServiceNow ITSM data.- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and reporting needs.- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from ServiceNow ITSM into Qlik Sense for analysis.- Develop and maintain QlikSense data models, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using QlikView charts, graphs, and other visual elements.- Implement security measures and user access controls within QlikSense applications.- Perform data quality checks and troubleshooting to ensure data integrity within dashboards.- Document QlikSense applications for future reference and maintenance.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in QlikSense features and functionalities.Requirements : - 5-7 years of experience in data visualization or business intelligence with a focus on QlikSense.- Solid understanding of ServiceNow ITSM data model, workflows, and key performance indicators (KPIs).- Experience with data integration techniques and ETL processes.- Proficiency in data modeling concepts and best practices for QlikSense.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear visuals.- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business analysts and stakeholders.- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for data manipulation (a plus).
