They will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and execute QA processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.Key Responsibilities :1. Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the QA team, including mentoring and coaching team members, fostering a culture of quality, and promoting best practices in quality assurance.2. Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement QA strategies, test plans, and procedures to ensure product quality. Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality metrics and goals.3. Test Management: Plan, prioritize, and execute testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects.4. Automation: Drive the automation strategy and implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools. Identify opportunities for test automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.5. Quality Assurance Processes: Define and enforce quality assurance processes and standards across the organization. Continuously assess and improve QA processes to optimize quality and efficiency.6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to product quality and project delivery. Proactively communicate quality issues and concerns to stakeholders.7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and project managers, to ensure alignment on quality goals and priorities.8. Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain QA reports and metrics to track and communicate quality status, test coverage, and defect trends. Present findings to stakeholders and management as needed.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience in software quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes like Selenium, Load Runner, JMeter- Affinity with Agile tools like Jira- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- ISTQB or similar QA certification is a plus.
