This enables employees to learn in the flow of work, develop a growth mindset, and propel their careers to the next level.Who are we?AntWalk was founded by team of Mckinsey/ISB alums and life-long passionate teachers, who believe that "Knowledge acquired by Professionals through years of hard work is a treasure chest, which can help professionals shape their careers and help companies create rockstars from their existing workforce".We are a Series A funded startup backed by Amazing Investors like Y Combinator, GSV Ventures, and Matrix PartnersWhat will you do?- We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to oversee our QA team.- The QA Lead will be responsible for managing a team of junior testers and interns, ensuring the quality and reliability of our Ed Tech Platform through effective testing strategies and processes.- This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues, improving our QA processes, and mentoring team members.Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior QA testers and interns.- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the highest quality of software deliverables.- Coordinate with the development and product teams to ensure consistent project execution.- Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management.- Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.- Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to the QA processes and tools.What skills do you need ?Must Have Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 4-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Punctual, meticulous, and reliable.Nice to Have Skills:- Experience with performance and/or load testing.- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.- Certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Level.Why will you love to work with us?- Unlock opportunities for continuous professional development and advancement in your career trajectory.- Competitive salary packages complemented by performance-based incentives, ensuring your efforts are duly rewarded.- Thrive in our dynamic and collaborative work environment, where innovation and growth are at the forefront.- Not only will you benefit from an exceptional work environment with ample opportunities for career progression, but you'll also have the chance to collaborate with an exceptionally talented team comprising professionals from prestigious institutions such as ISB, IIT, and IIM.Join us in driving the rapid growth of our EdTech start-up and experience accelerated career development first-hand.Location: Bangalore (ref:hirist.tech)
