What we expect:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and product owners, to translate wireframes, mockups, and user stories into fully functional and responsive mobile applications using React Native.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.- Architect and design mobile application components and systems to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.- Develop new user-facing features and functionalities while ensuring seamless integration with backend APIs.- Optimize mobile applications for performance, usability, and responsiveness.- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of mobile applications to ensure high quality and compatibility across different devices and platforms.- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile app development and React Native ecosystem.- Evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools to improve development processes and workflows.- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.Who you are:- Proven work experience as a Frontend Developer with a strong focus on React Native.- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in developing mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using React Native.- Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.- Solid understanding of mobile app development concepts, including navigation, state management, and performance optimization.- Experience with popular libraries and frameworks in the React Native ecosystem, such as Redux, React Navigation, or AsyncStorage.- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling in mobile applications.- Strong understanding of mobile app UI/UX principles and best practices.- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of native mobile development (Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS).- Familiarity with mobile app testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Detox, Appium).- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.- Understanding of backend technologies and API development.- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and backend developers to deliver cohesive mobile experiences.
