Relationship Associate Job Responsibilities: Site Supervision Managing of painting work undertaken at the site and ensure the quality and speed of the work. Preparation of on time planning sheet to ensure that the work is completed as per schedule. Coordinate with the painting contractor, dealer, customer and office and ensures a smooth execution of the job. Responsible for managing customers concerns and complaint during the job and post completion of the job and ensuring that the customer is satisfied with the service provided by APHS Documentation of all aforementioned processes and providing updates to all stakeholders within the agreed timelines
