Job Description: As a Relationship Manager - High Net Worth (HNW) at Bank, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our high net worth clients. You will work closely with affluent individuals to understand their financial goals and provide personalized wealth management solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of financial products, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to client engagement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth clients to understand their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences. 2. Provide tailored financial advice and wealth management solutions to meet clients' individual needs and objectives. 3. Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance on investment opportunities, asset allocation, and portfolio management strategies. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions and services, including banking, investment, and wealth planning solutions. 5. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients. 6. Drive revenue growth through effective cross-selling and upselling of banking and investment products and services. Qualifications and Experience: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or related financial services role, with a proven track record of managing high net worth clients. 3. Strong understanding of financial products and services, including mutual funds, equities, bonds, alternative investments, and wealth planning solutions. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. 5. Professional certifications such as CFP, CFA, or MBA in Finance will be an added advantage. 6. Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and driven to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.
