We are seeking talented and motivated RPA Developers to join our team in Noida and Bangalore and play a key role in automating business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology.Notice Period : Immediate Joiner / Up to 60 daysJob Summary :- In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining RPA solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of our business processes.- You will work closely with business analysts and process owners to understand their needs and translate them into robust and reliable RPA automations.Skills & Qualifications :- 3-10 years of experience in software development or a related field.- Proven experience in developing and deploying RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies, and best practices.- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and retrieval.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies.Responsibilities :- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.- Develop and maintain robust and reusable RPA workflows.- Integrate RPA solutions with other business systems (e.g. , ERP, CRM).- Perform unit testing and system integration testing of RPA solutions.- Document RPA solutions for future maintenance and support.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in RPA technology and Automation Anywhere features.- Participate in knowledge sharing and training sessions.
