We are hiring for RPA Developer for our Client.Loation : HyderabadExperience : 5 + yearsRole : RPA DeveloperNotice Period : Immediate to 15 daysKey Responsibilities :- Lead the design and development of RPA solutions using leading RPA platforms such as UiPath- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.- Develop and configure RPA bots to automate repetitive tasks, data entry, data validation, and other manual processes.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, subject matter experts, and IT professionals, to gather requirements and implement RPA solutions that align with business objectives.- Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, review code, and enforce best practices for RPA development.- Continuously monitor and optimize RPA solutions to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.- Stay current with RPA industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and improve processes.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in RPA development, with expertise in leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python, with experience in scripting and automation.- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex RPA solutions that deliver measurable business value.- Solid understanding of business processes, workflow automation, and process optimization concepts.- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Preferred Qualifications :- RPA certification(s) such as UiPath Certified RPA Developer or Automation- Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional.- Experience with other automation technologies such as OCR (optical character recognition) or machine learning.- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.- Experience with process mining tools such as Celonis or UiPath Process Mining.
