Meet new clients, and understand their requirements in detail. Your task will involve trying to ensure that your interactions with leads convert to successful and happy customers Be responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a group of interiors designer and vendors for BOQs, drawings, presentations Work closely with the client and interior design team to finalize the home design, 3D designs, and GFC drawings. Take ownership and be proactive about solving problems on ground Manage relationships with the leads/customers to build pipeline and convert them as per business objectives. Effective in communication with respect to designs and details with the team, vendors and customers and other stakeholders Lead channel of Sales - Residence visits, design/sales at show flats, apartment activities
