Description:
1.The TMA is expected to approach allthe CR dealers mapped to them and generate leads for on-site trials. 2. The TMA is expected to carry out on-site trials of all the leads passed onto them by the central call-center, sales team, initiatives, dealers and other sources. 3. The TMA is expected to carry on to all the sites with his kit bag which includes a sander, mixer, LDM, MM and the regional rollers/brushes. 4. The TMA needs to communicate the pitch points of the mechanized tools Vs traditional tools as taught in training. Also, the rollers/brushes Vs local equivalents. 5. The TMA is expected to follow up with contractors who have had trials and ensure their conversion. In case trials do not convert to sale, detailed explanation to be documented
