Job Title: Sales Manager - Mortgage (DSA Channel) Location: Gurugram, India Experience: Minimum 4 years in Mortgage Sales, preferably through DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel CTC: Up to 12 LPA Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies through the DSA channel. Recruit, train, and manage DSA partners to achieve sales targets. Foster strong relationships with DSA partners and provide ongoing support. Identify and pursue new DSA partnerships to expand market reach. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and support for DSA partners. Monitor DSA performance and provide regular feedback for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies within the DSA channel. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Minimum 4 years of experience in mortgage sales, with a focus on DSA channel. Proven track record of success in managing DSA partnerships and achieving sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
