Job Detail:Experience: 5 + YearsLocation: Bangalore (Hybrid)- Minimum 4 -5 years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities and limitations.- Thorough knowledge of Salesforce Object Model, including custom objects, fields, and relationships. - Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce Service & Sales Cloud according to business requirements.- Extensive hands-on experience in developing solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Visualforce, and Force.com.- Expertise in Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Data Privacy standards. - Ability to design and implement secure data transfer mechanisms between Salesforce and external systems.- Demonstrated proficiency in applying development standards and best practices, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and scalability.- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.- Familiarity with JavaScript development within the Salesforce environment, enabling seamless customization and enhanced user experiences.- Salesforce Certifications (Good to have): Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM), Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1), Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD2), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer. - These certifications validate the candidate's expertise and commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with occasional onsite collaboration as needed.
