Job Description :We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Testing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce testing, with a deep understanding of Salesforce platform functionalities and testing methodologies. The primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce implementations through comprehensive testing strategies and execution.Key Responsibilities : Test Planning and Strategy :- Develop test plans and strategies for Salesforce implementations based on project requirements and business objectives.- Define test scope, objectives, and success criteria, and establish testing timelines and milestones.Test Case Design and Execution :Design and execute test cases for Salesforce functionalities, including but not limited to:- User Interface (UI) testing- Functional testing- Integration testing- Regression testing- Ensure test cases cover all aspects of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.Automation Testing :- Identify opportunities for automation testing and develop automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.- Implement continuous integration and continuous testing processes to streamline testing efforts and improve efficiency.Defect Management :- Identify, report, and track defects using defect tracking tools, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues promptly.- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.Performance and Load Testing :- Conduct performance and load testing for Salesforce applications to ensure scalability and reliability under various user loads and scenarios.- Analyze performance test results and make recommendations for optimization and improvement.Documentation and Reporting :- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, test results, and defect reports.- Generate test reports and communicate testing progress, results, and recommendations to project stakeholders.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce testing, with a strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionalities and configurations.- Proficiency in test planning, test case design, and test execution for Salesforce applications.- Experience with Salesforce automation testing tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Salesforce Test Automation.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are a plus.
