Skills :- Hands-on experience in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) functionalities such as Managed System Configuration, Change Request Management (ChaRM), CTS+, and CALM.- Expertise in adding new systems to CHARM, ChaRM documentation (CD), creation of RFCs, and technical monitoring within SolMan.- Proficiency in MAXDB, including database restores, database space management, and general database administration tasks.- Willingness to work in shifts.- SAP Basis with Cloud hands-on experience, including SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Cloud Integration Suite (CIS), Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), Ariba, Cloud for Customer (C4C), Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Cloud Platform Services (CPS), and Smart Data Integration (SDI) support.- Experience in handling system refresh activities.Detailed Job Description :We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Basis Administrator with expertise in SolMan and Charm functionalities to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, with a strong focus on SolMan implementation and support.Responsibilities :- Configure and maintain SAP Solution Manager functionalities, including Managed System Configuration, ChaRM, CTS+, and CALM, to support SAP landscape operations.- Manage the end-to-end change management process using ChaRM, including adding new systems to CHARM, creating ChaRM documents (CD), and managing RFCs.- Perform technical monitoring activities within SolMan to ensure the health and performance of SAP systems.- Administer MAXDB databases, including database restores, space management, and routine maintenance tasks.- Support SAP Basis operations in a shift-based environment, ensuring 24/7 coverage for critical systems.- Provide hands-on support for SAP Cloud platforms, including BTP, CIS, CIG, Ariba, C4C, CPQ, CPS, and SDI.- Participate in system refresh activities, including planning, execution, and post-refresh validation.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis and SolMan-related issues.- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP Basis and SolMan configurations, processes, and procedures.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 5-8 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, with a focus on SolMan and Charm.- Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager functionalities, including ChaRM, CTS+, and CALM.- Proficiency in MAXDB database administration, including database restores and space management.- Strong understanding of SAP Cloud platforms and their integration with on-premise systems.- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
