Basis administration Hana upgrade projects experiences from 1.0 to 2.0 Expert knowledge in DR Hands-on person with Azure skillset cloud as an architect level managing support infrastructure set upRoles and Responsibilities :- Architect for SAP Basis/HANA administration with 12 to 16 years of experience- Experienced in HANA administration, MCOD/MCOS, Multitenancy and handling Hana upgrade projects- Expert knowledge in High Availability and Disaster Recovery, Hands-on person with Azure skillset cloud as an architect level managing support infrastructure set up- Manage and set the Governance for engagement- Responsible to drive Customer success, coordinate and solve complex support activities that require in-depth analysis and takes ownership- The role requires being responsible for Incident / Change / Escalation management and Relationship management with key stakeholders- Responsible for Knowledge Transfer, Talent Development, Project management and Reporting- Advanced knowledge of Azure cloud environment and cloud-based SAP deployments (ref:hirist.tech)
