Experience & education required :- 7-10 Years of hands on SAP Basis system administration experience- Bachelor's degree in technology related field- SAP Business Suite (S/4) expertise- SAP HANA database administration expertise- SAP Linux system administration expertise (SUSE is preferred)- Experience with AWS administration- Project management- Strategic thinking- Relationship management- Economic thinking- Strong verbal and written communication- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill- One needs to be flexible for an extended working hours as demanded by the businessA Day In The Life Could Include :- Provide technical leadership to 24x5 team providing on-shift and on-call support for NACP SAP systems- Coordinate with NACP SAP team (Basis, Technical and Functional) that is both India-based and US-based- Hands on system administration and support of various SAP systems- Participate in business-critical projects as a senior team member- Complete and/or oversee complicated build work- Supervise and mentor junior team members in the completion of key project work and support activities- Complete detailed project plans, including defining WBS and associated work efforts- Draft detailed architectural drawings- Drive best practices in the implementation and execution of support processes- Perform as internal subject matter expert in the SAP BASIS space, advising management in the areas of SAP architecture and service improvement- Liaise with matrixed infrastructure teams in the planning and execution of support and project work- Regularly interact with peers in the technical and functional space to ensure all teams are aware of upcoming changes, and coordinate with support team when conflicts arise- Provide leadership oversight and support during incident/problem calls- Identify and plan opportunities for infrastructure right-sizing and rationalization as part of any upgrade or redesign of systems- Ensure system support documentation is kept up to date and contains any changes because of any upgrades or redesigns.
