Position : SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) MFS (Material Flow System) ConsultantExperience : Minimum 10 years of overall experience, with at least 8 years of relevant experience in SAP EWM and MFS.Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP EWM MFS Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our SAP practice, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP EWM and MFS solutions for our clients.Key Responsibilities : Consultation and Analysis : - Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, processes, and challenges related to warehouse management and material flow systems. - Conduct thorough analysis and provide strategic recommendations for leveraging SAP EWM and MFS to optimize operations and improve efficiency.Solution Design and Configuration : - Lead the design and configuration of SAP EWM and MFS solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices. - Customize the system to meet specific business needs, including process mapping, system integration, and data migration.Implementation and Deployment :- Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of SAP EWM and MFS projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and go-live of solutions within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.Testing and Quality Assurance : - Develop comprehensive test plans and conduct thorough testing of SAP EWM and MFS functionalities to validate system performance, data accuracy, and user acceptance.- Identify and address any issues or defects to ensure a smooth transition to production environment.Training and Knowledge Transfer : - Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to client stakeholders and end-users on SAP EWM and MFS functionalities, configurations, and best practices. - Empower users to effectively utilize the system and maximize the benefits of the implemented solutions.Continuous Improvement and Support : - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to drive ongoing value realization for clients. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to address any issues or inquiries related to SAP EWM and MFS post-implementation.Documentation and Documentation : - Maintain accurate documentation of all project deliverables, configurations, and customizations. - Create comprehensive user manuals, training materials, and support guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM and MFS implementation and support.- In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM and MFS functionalities, configurations, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP).- Strong expertise in SAP EWM and MFS configuration, including warehouse structure setup, master data management, warehouse processes, and RF framework.- Proven experience in leading end-to-end SAP EWM and MFS implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.- SAP certification in EWM and/or MFS is highly preferred.- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.Join us and play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' warehouse management and material flow operations with cutting-edge SAP EWM and MFS solutions!
