Job Description : Desired Competencies (Managerial/Technical/Functional Competency) :Must-Have :- Program Management of SAP Implementation projects along with Integration with other financial systems Scope Management : - Experience of managing scope of integration projects with focus on key deliverables Client Management : - Have managed client relationships in past at multiple levels to get things done within scope and budget. - Should be able to drive conversations with client SAP teams to define and firm up key requirements, - Drive the scope, identify bottlenecks and suitable work arounds for resolution - Full life cycle project implementation and configuration experience - Experience/ Sound concepts in SAP Finance and Controlling - Functional and configuration knowledge of master data, GL, AP, AR, Asset accounting and Cash and Bank accounting, automatic payment programs. - Must be able to work independently with customer along with third party vendor - Overview of SAP CO (Controlling) module especially product costing. Core business processes in controlling module along with integration knowledge with PP, COPA. - Business processes/configuration around cost center planning, calculation of activity rates, overhead accounting Good-to-Have : 1. Exposure to Solution Manager/IDOC/PI 2. Experience in ASAP Methodology 3. Candidate having Program Management/PMP certification is preferred SN Key Expectations from the Role :1. Working closely with Business for gathering requirements, get requirement signed off and providing solution. 2. Design and build the business processes and solve the issues that are in the implementation. 3. Understanding the simplification list of the S/4 HANA new version and able to communicate it to the client 4. Work together with client SAP team/business to develop all the deliverables. Drive internal SAP team (technical and Functional) to validate integration requirements and suggest necessary approach for integration. 5. Transition methodology 6. Manage the scope and deliverables of the SAP project team 7. Knowledge transfer on business processes to SAP project team. (ref:hirist.tech)
