The Role:This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a SAP Finance Control Consultant based in Bengaluru. You will play a key role in supporting and optimizing the company's financial operations by leveraging your expertise in SAP FICO and related technologies. Your responsibilities will include :- Analyzing and streamlining business processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.- Applying strong analytical skills to assess financial data and generate valuable insights.- Configuring, implementing, and maintaining SAP FICO modules, with a focus on CO-PA (Contribution Profitability Analysis) solutions.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial systems and business objectives.- Providing ongoing support and guidance to optimize the company's use of SAP FICO for financial reporting and analysis.Qualifications :- 7+ years of experience working with SAP FICO, demonstrating a deep understanding of core functionalities and best practices.- Proven track record of successfully leading at least one end-to-end SAP FICO implementation project.- Hands-on experience with CO-PA configuration and utilization within SAP FICO.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.- Thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- Relevant certifications in SAP Finance Control (e.g., C_FI, CO, PCA) are highly preferred.Additional Technical Skills (to be added) :- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.- Experience with financial reporting tools and techniques (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP).- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present financial information effectively.- Understanding of integration between SAP FICO and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) is a plus.
