Your typical day will involve working with SAP HCM Payroll and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Roles & Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP HCM Payroll solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of projects.- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP HCM Payroll and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.Professional & Technical Skills : Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll.Good To Have Skills : Experience in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR, and SAP ABAP.- Solid understanding of SAP HCM Payroll processes and configurations.- Experience in leading and delivering SAP HCM Payroll projects.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Additional Information : - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
