Description:
Job Description : Implementation of Plant Requirements in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) :- Work closely with plant stakeholders to understand their requirements.- Translate these requirements into functional and design specifications (FS, DS) for implementation within SAP DMC.Reliable Implementation :- Develop or assist in creating test documentation including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operations Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).- Execute the tests (IQ, OQ, PQ) to ensure reliable implementation and adherence to quality standards.Long-term Operation :- Handle incidents as they arise, conducting analysis and troubleshooting to resolve issues promptly.- Document incidents, solutions, and best practices for future reference and continuous improvement.Live Cooperation :- Collaborate with business units to conduct risk assessments and analyses related to MES solutions.- Provide support and expertise during risk mitigation efforts.Training Leadership :- Develop training materials for key users on system-related topics.- Conduct training sessions to ensure that key users are proficient in utilizing the MES solution effectively.Your profile should ideally encompass the following :- Project Experience : Demonstrated experience in implementing and enhancing MES solutions.- SAP DMC Knowledge : Familiarity with SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) and different cloud architectures (e.g., SAP BTP, Microsoft Azure).- MES Architectures : Understanding of Manufacturing Execution System architectures and platforms.- SAP Module Experience : Proficiency in SAP modules such as PP, PP/DS, QM, and/or SAP Analytics Cloud.- IoT Solution Implementation : Experience in implementing Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and connectivity software to integrate with MES systems.
