Position Overview :We are looking for a skilled SAP S/4HANA Consultant with 4 to 8 years of experience to lead the implementation, customization, and support of SAP S/4HANA solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP modules, configuration, and integration, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. As an SAP S/4HANA Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure SAP solutions, and provide ongoing support and consultation.Key Responsibilities :Implementation and Configuration :- Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions, including system setup, configuration, and customization.- Configure SAP modules and functionalities to meet client requirements and business processes.Integration and Data Migration :- Design and implement integrations between SAP S/4HANA and other systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity.- Lead data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), to migrate data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.Custom Development and Enhancement :- Develop and customize SAP S/4HANA applications and reports using ABAP programming language.- Enhance standard SAP functionalities to meet specific business needs and requirements.Testing and Quality Assurance :- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP S/4HANA solutions.- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and performance.Training and Knowledge Transfer : - Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and stakeholders on SAP S/4HANA functionalities and best practices.- Create user manuals, training materials, and documentation to support end-user adoption and system usage.Support and Maintenance :- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP S/4HANA systems, addressing user inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests.- Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure system stability and reliability.Required Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.- 4 to 8 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation and support.- Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and/or Production Planning (PP).- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration, conversion, and upgrade projects.- Proficiency in ABAP programming language and SAP development tools.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
