Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated SAP SD Functional Consultant/Lead to join our team. You will play a critical role in leading and executing SAP S/4HANA and Fiori implementations specifically for clients in the Automotive industry.Experience : - 8-17 years of demonstrable functional experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module.- Proven track record of successfully leading and participating in at least 4 full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori for the Sales & Distribution module.- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and its specific requirements within the SAP SD module.Responsibilities : - Lead and manage the functional aspects of SAP SD implementations for automotive clients.- Translate business requirements into comprehensive and functional specifications for the SD module.- Configure and customize the SD module to meet the specific needs of the client, considering industry best practices.- Develop and implement effective testing strategies for the SD module.- Ensure seamless integration of the SD module with other SAP modules and third-party applications.- Manage WRICEF objects (Work bench Requests, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) throughout the implementation lifecycle, including requirement analysis, solution design, developer coordination, and testing.- Develop and adhere to best practices for SD module configuration and development.- Continuously monitor and optimize team performance to ensure efficient project delivery.- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment within the team and across global teams.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP SD, S/4HANA, and Fiori functionalities.Skills : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.- Proven project management and leadership skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Excellent documentation skills.
