We are committed to valuing diversity and promoting equality. SAP Solution Architect SAP Expertise: S4 Hana, Fiori Job requirement- Must have working Knowledge on SAP S4 HANA & Fiori platforms. Strong understanding of SAP modules including Finance, Sales and Distribution, Material Management, Production Planning and Project Systems. Group Reporting and SAP Analytics for Cloud are bonus. Capacity to lead the design, implementation of SAP solutions for the organization Manage & evaluate the change requests that are proposed by business users & provide way forward with SAP solutions Manage SAP support & ensure SLA’s are complied. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, p erform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements Ensure that the SAP system is scalable, secure, and aligned with the organization's strategic objectives Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the SAP system Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements Provide guidance and support to the development team in the implementation of SAP solutions Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP solution architecture Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in SAP solution architecture Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP cloud solutions Ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience leading SAP implementation projects SAP certification is a plus. Desired Skills & Experience Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time Experience in a Manufacturing or Construction Company is an asset Understanding of accounting business processes Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective Ability to lead, work in a team environment, effectively interacting with teams across different countries Must be result oriented, prompt and self motivated.
