About the Role :- We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team and specialize in both Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Planning & Goals (P&G) modules.- You will play a key role in configuring, implementing, and maintaining these modules to optimize our talent management processes.- You will collaborate with HR specialists, business leaders, and data specialists to deliver successful implementations and ensure ongoing support.Responsibilities :- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand their requirements for compensation structures, benefits administration, and performance management.- Analyze and translate business needs into technical configurations within SAP SuccessFactors C&B and P&G modules.- Configure and maintain compensation structures, including pay grades, salary ranges, and merit increase rules.- Implement and manage benefit plans, enrollment processes, and deductions within C&B.- Configure performance goals, objectives, and feedback mechanisms within P&G.- Design and implement workflows for performance reviews, compensation reviews, and talent development.- Ensure accurate data management for compensation, benefits, and performance data.- Integrate C&B and P&G modules with other HR systems for streamlined data flow.- Develop and deliver training sessions for HR personnel and managers on utilizing C&B and P&G effectively.- Manage system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful system functionality.- Provide ongoing support to internal teams and troubleshoot C&B and P&G related issues.- Document system configurations and processes for future reference.- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors C&B and P&G functionalities and best practices.Qualifications: - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR compensation and benefits administration.- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors C&B and/or P&G modules.- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits concepts, including salary structures, pay equity, and benefits administration.- Understanding of performance management best practices and goal setting methodologies.- Experience with data migration techniques and tools for HR data.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Experience with reporting and analytics tools within SAP SuccessFactors (a plus).- We're searching for a talented SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team and specialize in both Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Planning & Goals (P&G) modules. - You'll play a vital role in configuring, implementing, and maintaining these modules to streamline our HR processes and ensure efficient talent management. - You'll collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR specialists, business leaders, and data experts, to deliver successful implementations and ongoing support. - What You'll Do Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand their specific requirements for compensation structures, benefits administration, and performance management. - Analyze their needs and translate them into actionable configurations within the SAP SuccessFactors C&B and P&G modules. - Configure and maintain compensation structures, including pay grades, salary ranges, and merit increase rules within C&B.
