Job Description :Evaluate client business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.Consulting on Process Optimization: Provide expert consultation to clients on optimizing business processes using SAP SF EC, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Improving Business Processes: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client business processes, leveraging SAP SF EC functionalities and best practices.Managing Master Data: Oversee the management of master data within SAP SF EC, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity.Collaborate with clients to design and implement SAP SF EC solutions tailored to their specific business requirements and objectives.Qualifications :Analytical Skills and Consulting expertiseExperience in managing Business ProcessesExpertise in Master data and Integration processes using SAP SF ECExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fieldExperience in SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
