Description:
Role : The position will work in the IT Department and will be primarily responsible for SAP project management and day to day support work.The SAP Support person is expected to support SBI FM SAP ERP & Migration projectResponsibilities:- 6-10 years or more of SAP systems with expertise/knowledge in more than one SAP Modules- Min 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC (FI, MM, Payroll, HCM) & S4 HANA.- Should have experience managing vendors/consultants and team members- Should be able to understand customer requirements act as a bridge between Business teams, Vendors and OEM- Should be able drive projects needed by business and report progress to concerned stakeholders- Should have knowledge of Workflow, Data Uploads and Data Migration in SAP Landscape- Should have experience in cloud/On premise integration with SAP / NON-SAP systems- Should have experience in business process mapping with a holistic view of systems end to end- Good Analytical and Communication skills.- Good exposure on HANA projects and must have experience of HANA migration- Proficient in new technologies roadmap design like Fiori/O DATA/ CPI- Proficient in Incident/Change/Problem Management and ensure system stability- Conduct review meetings on projects and business as usual SAP activitiesSkill & Competencies :- 6+ Strong hands-on experience, knowledge and understanding in SAP ECC, HCM, Payroll and S4 HANA.- 6+ year of experience in Techno & Functional Project Management (SAP ERP & H4 HANA) Only.- Strong knowledge and understanding of SAP ERP & S4 HANA.- Possesses good communication skills as required in a multicultural group.- Basic domain knowledge of Mutual Funds.- SAP or S4 HANA Certifications will add more weightage.
