Job Description :We are seeking an experienced SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) Administrator to join our team. As an SCCM Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the SCCM infrastructure, ensuring the stability, availability, and security of our systems. You will collaborate with various teams to design, deploy, and configure SCCM solutions, and provide technical support for end-users. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in SCCM administration and a passion for optimizing IT operations.Responsibilities :- Manage and maintain the SCCM infrastructure, including servers, software updates, and distribution points.- Design, deploy, and configure SCCM solutions to meet business requirements and industry best practices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve SCCM-related issues.- Perform software and hardware inventory management, application packaging, and software deployment.- Create and maintain documentation related to SCCM processes, procedures, and configurations.- Develop and implement SCCM security policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimization strategies.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience as an SCCM Administrator or a similar role.- Proficiency in managing SCCM infrastructure, including software updates and distribution points.- Solid understanding of SCCM and its related components, such as Active Directory, Group Policy, and WSUS.- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking concepts.- Experience with application packaging, software deployment, and inventory management.- Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
