Description:
About the Role :We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior API Developer to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, deploying, and managing APIs using Azure technologies and C#. You will leverage your expertise in Azure Functions and API Management to create high-performing APIs that power our chatbot solutions and other backend services.Responsibilities :API Development Expertise :- Possess strong experience in building APIs using C# and the .NET Core framework.- Demonstrate a deep understanding of API design principles (RESTful APIs, API contracts, documentation).- Experience with unit testing and integration testing of APIs is essential.Azure Skills :- In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services, particularly Azure Functions for building serverless APIs.- Experience with Azure API Management for publishing, securing, and managing APIs is a plus.- Familiarity with other Azure services like Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Storage, etc.(depending on project needs) is a plus.Chatbot Development :- Experience in building and integrating APIs with chatbot platforms (a plus).- Understanding of chatbot functionalities and conversation flows is beneficial.Additional Skills :- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker is a plus.- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform is a plus.- Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other developers and teams.
