You'll lead a team in creating innovative solutions aligned with business goals and market demands, contributing to the company's growth and success.Create :- Designing and developing mobile applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.- Leading the implementation of new features and functionalities, from concept to deployment, while adhering to coding standards and best practices.- Collaborating with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.Nurture :- Designing and developing mobile applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.- Leading the implementation of new features and functionalities, from concept to deployment, while adhering to coding standards and best practices.- Collaborating with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.Manage :- Managing project timelines, resources, and priorities to ensure timely delivery of mobile applications.- Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.- Identifying and mitigating technical risks and challenges to ensure project success.- Communicating effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns. We are looking for someone with :Must have :- Over 4+ years of experience in software development.- Strong understanding of the application lifecycle.- Ability to balance quality with delivery speed.- Experience in automation testing for applications. Good to have :- Demonstrate leadership and take ownership of tasks. -Possess proficiency in Flutter.- Have a deep understanding of the product.- Strong fundamentals in software development.
