Description:
Location : Remote ( contractual )Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior C# Automation Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software testing methodologies, extensive experience in test automation using C#, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using C# and other relevant automation tools/frameworks.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements, create test plans, and execute test cases.- Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure the stability and reliability of software applications.- Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the testing team.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in test automation using C#.- Proficiency in C# programming language and experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, NUnit, or similar.- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, ASTQB) is a plus.
