As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust backend systems that power our applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in various programming languages, database technologies, and a strong understanding of web development frameworks.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Node.js, Java, GoLang, Python, Shell scripting, and Bash scripting languages.- Utilize advanced knowledge of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) for web development.- Implement and ensure security, authentication, and database design best practices.- Architect and implement microservices, following design principles for scalability and maintainability.- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.- Address non-functional requirements including scalability, performance, security, and reliability.- Demonstrate expertise in Unit testing and Code Quality tools to maintain high code standards.- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and web services with a focus on efficiency and scalability.- Solid understanding of server-side development, asynchronous programming, and version control systems such as Git.- Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code while maintaining code quality standards.- Proficient in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting backend systems.- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and possess excellent communication skills.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.- Understanding of DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Qualifications :- 3-5 years of experience in backend development.- Relevant certifications in backend technologies are a plus.- Extensive experience with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.If you are a seasoned Junior Backend Engineer with a passion for cutting-edge technologies and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions, we invite you to apply and become a key player in our innovative and collaborative team.
