As a Senior Backend Developer, your expertise in Python, Django, and Golang will be instrumental in driving the development of our cutting-edge sales CRM platform. You'll lead by example, guiding junior team members and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions.Responsibilities :Work collaboratively with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.Architect, develop, and maintain scalable Python backend applications, prioritizing efficiency, security, and scalability.Write clean, reusable, and efficient code to power our web applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.Implement server-side logic using Python and related technologies, integrating seamlessly with front-end components.Create RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between frontend and backend systems, enhancing overall functionality.Ensure robust security and data protection measures are implemented to safeguard sensitive information.Design and implement data storage solutions for optimal performance and scalability, utilizing SQL and NoSQL databases.Optimise system performance, improve usability, and automate processes to enhance overall efficiency.Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to understand and address business requirements effectively.Requirements :You must have a minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in developing tech products.Proficiency in Python, Django, and FastAPI frameworks, with a strong understanding of Celery.Solid grasp of software engineering principles and best practices, with experience in building scalable web applications.Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for seamless integration.Knowledge of security protocols and data protection measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.Expertise in designing and implementing data storage solutions, including SQL and NoSQL databases.Proven track record of optimizing performance and enhancing system functionality.Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior team members.- (ref:hirist.tech)
