As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems that power our cutting-edge applications. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for technology and a proven track record of delivering high-quality code in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python and related technologies.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.- Identify and address technical debt and performance bottlenecks.- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in backend development.Requirements :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 4+ years of professional experience in backend development.- Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks such as Django or Flask.- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).- Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Nice to Have :- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).- Familiarity with microservices architecture.- Knowledge of frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.- Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.
