JD- Senior Blockchain Developer Location: Noida (On-site) - HybridExp - 4-6 YearsJob Type- Full TimeCTC- 20 lpa - 30 lpa (as per overall work experience and relevant skills)Role: Senior Blockchain DeveloperWhat will you get to do?You will drive technical design, re-design, remodelling and refactoring of systems for robustness and sustainability. As a Blockchain Lead, you partner with cross-functional teams, Product Manager as well as senior leaders to create a vision and roadmap for the team and collaborate & drive design discussions, technology choices, and participate in design & code reviews.You will build processes for team, champion product thinking and provide technical leadership. We expect you to do a detailed & periodic assessment of people, define their career path, and ensure knowledge transfer. Your role will range from implementing the Chain code Interface to developing niche smart contracts (Chain Code). You will create complex distributed ledger/ blockchain architecture solutions in Hyperledger Fabric setup & configuration.Must Have skills:- 4+ years of experience in Blockchain development, on Public, Private and Consortium blockchains.- Strong Experience in Hyper ledger Fabric (at least 2-3 yrs). Should have experience with Hyperledger Fabric in recent projects- Exposure & hands-on Consensus like PBFT, Raft, POA, POW etc.- Understanding of dockers/ usage of Git, Jenkins, Dockers, Kubernetes- Any experience in one of the Cloud platforms AWS or Azure or IBM Blue Mix is an advantage.- Strong experience in Hyperledger Fabric projects implementation, implementing apps on top of HFGood to Have : - Experience developing multiple Blockchains.Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream.
